Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are shipped Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

 

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship within the United States via USPS and UPS.

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days.

A tracking number will be provided via email once the order has shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $35 within the United States.

🌎 Shipping Areas

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

📍 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers are responsible for reshipping costs.

 

💥 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is shipped, carrier delays are outside of our control.

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact USPS or UPS directly with your tracking number.

We will help you file a claim if needed.

 

🫧 Fragile Items

All handmade soap products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
