Due to the nature of handmade bath and body products,

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• Due to hygiene reasons, used or opened bath and body products cannot be returned.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the situation and assist you.

We are happy to help if:
- Your item arrived damaged
- You received the wrong item
- There is an issue with your order upon arrival

Damaged or Incorrect Items

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Used or opened bath and body products
- Personalized or custom orders
- Gift cards

Please note that we cannot accept returns due to personal preference, scent preference, or natural variations in handmade products.
