Yes. All of our soaps are handmade in small batches with care and attention to detail. Because they are handcrafted, each bar may have slight variations, making every piece unique.
What ingredients do you use?
We use gentle, skin-friendly ingredients such as natural oils, botanicals, clays, oatmeal, aloe, honey, and vitamins. Each product description includes specific ingredient details.
Are your soaps safe for sensitive skin?
Our soaps are formulated to be gentle and suitable for sensitive, dry, normal, and combination skin types. If you have allergies or skin concerns, please review the ingredient list before purchasing.
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. Processing times may vary slightly during holidays or high-volume periods.
How long does shipping take?
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days in the United States. Total delivery time is approximately 4–8 business days, including processing.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on bath and body products. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will gladly assist you.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please email us at hello@lrcraftsoap.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
