LR Craft Soap & Candles is a small handmade business based in Virginia, United States. Orders are prepared and shipped from Virginia.

Are your products handmade?
Many of our soaps, candles, and seasonal pieces are handcrafted in small batches. Slight differences in color, shape, or decorative details are normal and make each handmade piece unique.

Where can I find ingredients or product details?
Please review the individual product page for ingredients when applicable, size, fragrance details, care instructions, and safety information.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We currently offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $30. Orders below the free-shipping threshold will see available shipping rates at checkout.

How long does order processing take?
Please allow 1–3 business days for order preparation before shipment. Processing may take slightly longer during holidays or high-volume periods.

How long does shipping take?
After shipment, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Tracking information is sent once the order ships.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and help with an appropriate resolution.

Do you accept returns?
Because of hygiene and safety considerations, opened or used bath and body products are not eligible for return. Please review our Refund Policy for complete details.
